ELIGIBILITY:
The Bob's Red Mill™/Gluten Free Registry™ Recipe Contest for participating restaurants/retail bakeries (the "Contest") is open only
to permanent legal U.S. residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States of America and the District
of Columbia.
Employees of Bob's Red Mill™, Gluten Free Registry™ and affiliated entities, and their immediate families (spouse,
parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are
ineligible. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where
prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
The entry period begins on June 1st, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on June 30th, 2010 ("Contest Period").
To enter the Contest and qualify for the prizes:
1. Create a gluten free menu item/dish using eligible Bob's Red Mill™ products as listed in contest details. Dish
must be entirely free from gluten or the dish will be disqualified. Each dish must include at least one Bob's Red
Mill™ product.
2. Submit recipe, ingredients and a photograph of entry to
contest@gfregistry.com
via e-mail.
4. Your recipe must be original - not from a cookbook or website - but can be a variation on a current menu item.
5. In the description of the recipe, tell us what dish you're making, what restaurant you represent, and what
inspired that particular dish.
6. Each restaurant/retail bakeries may submit one recipe period and the recipe should fall into one of these categories: Main Dish,
Soup, Salad, Side, Appetizer, Dessert, Baked Goods, Bread and Breakfast.
JUDGING:
Each eligible entry in the Contest will be judged by public voting to be hosted at
www.glutenfreeregistry.com/contest.do. The
entry with the most votes overall, regardless of category, will be award the Grand Prize. Second and third place
prizes will be awarded to those recipes that have received the second and third highest amount of votes overall.
In the event of a tie the winner will be chosen at the sole discretion Bob's Red Mill™.
INFORMATION SHARING:
Any and all information provided may be shared between Bob's Red Mill™ and Gluten Free Registry™. This
includes, but is not limited to, information submitted via this website, e-mail, phone, fax and mail.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
An eligible Entry submitted for this Contest is subject to these conditions. Contestant retains all ownership
rights of said Entry. However, by submitting an Entry in this Contest, you grant Bob's Red Mill™ a perpetual,
irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce,
distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Entry in connection with the Bob's Red Mill™
Website and Bob's Red Mill's™ (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for
promoting and redistributing part or all of the Bob's Red Mill™ Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media
formats and through any media channels. You shall be solely responsible for your own Entry and the consequences of
posting or publishing them. In connection with the Entry, you affirm, represent, and warrant that: you own or have
the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Bob's Red Mill™ to use all patent,
trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all Entries to enable inclusion
and use of the Entry in the manner contemplated by the Terms of Service listed at Bob's Red Mill.com ( HYPERLINK

In connection with the Entry, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by

Bob's Red Mill™ all of the license rights granted herein.
